Bobby Rahal has posted to Twitter that Dan Gurney has passed away. The man was a legend. He will live on in his children and company. From what I understand the do a lot of work for SpaceX. I was lucky enough to talk with him for about 15 minutes about his motorcycle design at Goodwood. He was super nice.

This is crazy...during my nightshift yesterday, I was watching the documentary on the Ford vs Ferrari war at Le Mans, with Dan being one of the people interviewed. Very friendly fellow, rest in peace hero.
